STAT Ultrasound?

I was ordered a STAT ultrasound for pelvic pain I have been having. The tech told me the doctor will have the the results in 24 hours when it usually takes 5 business days for something that is not serious. I’m starting to worry that maybe they saw something. Is it just 24 hour results automatically, even if nothing is wrong because it was ordered STAT?
