Simple, professional updos for medium-length hair?

Let me begin by saying I am probably the one of the lowest-maintenance women appearance-wise lol. I rarely wear makeup on a regular workday (and if I do it’s just concealer and a touch of mascara) and I generally just let my hair air-dry. I’m lucky in that I have pretty nice hair... it’s wavy and looks pretty good when just left alone.

BUT my issue is that I have so much trouble focusing at work when my hair is down... it falls in my face, and I’ll start subconsciously fidgeting with it lol. So I’ll put my hair up in a messy bun just so I can focus, but it looks SO unprofessional and I always have to quickly pull it down if someone comes over to my desk to talk to me lol.

Anyone have any recommendations for a super simple way to pull your hair back and out of the way while looking professional? Unfortunately knowing myself, if it takes more than 2-5 minutes there’s no way I’ll consistently do it 😂
