Traveling with baby plus stroller?!

Okay so we leave out of the country this weekend coming up and I’m very confused about my babies stroller and if our airline will let us bring it? we’re traveling on United and I will be taking the car seat plus the stroller part with us. Not ON the plane though, have any of you traveled with United? Do they allow just ANY stroller? Or how does it work?😭 I’m posting a picture of the one we have!

“United accepts one stroller or folding wagon, and one car seat free of charge for each child.”
You can bring any stroller and check it at the gate. Going through security, if the stroller will fold and fit through the x-ray machine they will x-ray it, if not they will pull it aside, physically inspect it, make sure all storage pockets are empty, and swab for explosives residue or whatever swab tests they do. 
Going through the security the process is the same for the car seat. The car seat can also be gate checked, or if you purchased a seat for your baby bring the car seat right on the plane.
Even if you didn’t purchase a seat, I suggest you ask the gate agent if there are any empty seats on your flight. You might get lucky, and they will move you next to an empty seat so you can bring the car seat on the plane and have a safe place to set baby down during the flight. 
I suggest getting a protective bag for your stroller to get check, and if you are checking the car seat a protective, preferably padded, bag for that as well.

Call them and they will give you all the specifications. I flew with american and they had all the info on their website. I also took his carseat and checked it. The stroller we left at the gate and the flight attendant put it up front somewhere.
