"Girls don't wear blue" 💙

A very nice and well meaning neighbor (i obviously don't know very well) was admiring my 5 month old and 2 year old. She asked "how old is he? He is so sweet and calm!" and I answered "she is 5 months and just lovely, thanks!". Poor lady got a little flustered and stammered "well girls don't normally wear blue". I wasn't offended or anything nor did I care. It just got me thinking how much blue I dress my daughter in. It really makes her eyes pop 💜💙
