Vitamin D tablets

My ob told me to start taking vitamin D 1000iu per day because I look like I’m lacking it ( I work indoors and hardly outside ) so I took a vitamin D3 tablet today but I feel bad for some reason I’m worried it will affect my pregnancy ? Anyone else take vitamin d tablets in there pregnancy ?
