13 weeks and pain when i press on my lower right abdomen?

Hi ladies. I’m 13 weeks pregnant and I’ve noticed that it hurts when i press on the lower right part of my abdomen. Not severe, it’s just a tender dull pain. No bleeding. Is this normal?
