Safe???

Question

So I’m 4 weeks pregnant today.
I came home with rly bad cramps so I had a heating pad on my belly and I planned on taking it off after 10 minutes. 
I ended up falling asleep for about an hour with it on my belly in high!!!
Should I be worried!!!!!!!!!!

It’s on my back.. but in the winter, pregnant or not, I crank the heated seats up till my bums ready to burst into flames lol but you can always all your doctor to be sure! I think the wiry with heat is when your body temperature rises too high.. so if you were still comfortable, it’s probably okay.

I use to take hot showers when I was pregnant with both of my kids and they are fine

Call your doctor to ask and definitely don’t do it again.

I have done that since I cant even remember, however it was on low. But it still feels really hot to me. My heating pad also shuts off after a certain amount of time which I think is an hour so you should be oo, but you can always call your doc and ask

I did that when I was around that early and I’m now 34 weeks I’d call your dr to make sure but I think you’ll be ok 🙂❤️
