Crib bumpers??

Question

Do you guys use crib bumpers? I posted a picture of my daughter on my Snapchat of her in her crib without bumpers and a girl messaged me saying I need to get them so she doesn’t break her legs. 
I’ve done some reading and everything i read says that they are NOT safe and increase the chance of SIDS. What do you guys think?

Nooooo never use a bumper. Honestly, in your life how many times have you ever heard of an infant breaking their legs in the crib? Its sooo rare. It's like saying "make sure you have safety handles in your shower or else you will fall and break your neck!"
 Bumpers are very unsafe and are only there to "look cute".

Crib bumpers are super unsafe! I got a mush liner to stop my little girl from poking legs or arms through the slats.

I posted a nice photo of baby napping in her crib and next thing you know my MIL is bringing me crib bumpers from when her uncle was a baby! I politely declined them 😬

I don’t need them, and it’s very unlikely baby will break any limbs! With that being said, i use the mesh ones because that is my preference, it keeps limbs and soothers in the crib haha
