Afflac or other secondary insurances

Does anyone have secondary insurance? Like short term and how does that work with pregancy and time off.

Also I have Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Im 44 they do not cover <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> at all and will not cover anything.

They do cover <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> thru age 44.

I will be 45 in June on my Birthday.

Looking to possibly take out a private insurance that covers
