What do I do?!

I’ve had this FWB for almost a year, well recently he decided to get a girlfriend. I was hurt! (Ain’t gone lie I cried like a baby!) I had slowly caught feelings for him. Well... once he got his girlfriend, he texted me everyday!!! Saying how he wanted to “hook” up. So I said no cause I don’t break up happy homes. Well now him and his girlfriend broke up apparently. (After dating for a month). And idk what to do because I want to “hook” up with him but then I wanna keep my distance because I don’t wanna get more feelings for him. But I’m really needing “some”!!! 🤬🤬 #sexuallyfrustrated
