Question

So hubby has low sperm count (did an at home test) we where referred to some natural vitamins (you can find them on amazon) the fertil aid kind. Has anyone used these before and where they a success?

I'd go see a doctor the at home tests are not accurate

I have not... Does he smoke? My fertility doctor is adamant that smoking even occasionally is extremely detrimental to sperm health... My husband and I tried for over a year he quit completely for a couple months and one of the pregnancies took.. I mc a couple of months later but as soon as he thought he was in the clear he went back to smoking immediately and we have been struggling again ever since..   He also takes a men’s multivitamin, fish oil, b-12, d-3, c, zinc and coq10 every morning and we use as much organic meat and dairy as possible.  He went from 50% motility and sluggish to nearly 100% with good progression so something in that mix is working for him. Hope that helps 😂
