Morning after pill tmi

9 weeks ago I had a baby, on the 3 September I have the morning after pill and on Saturday I’ve started bleeding very heavy. I have been wear 2 pads because when I bleed it fills so quickly and feels like I’m peeing myself it’s that much blood🤷🏼‍♀️ I’ve never had a heavy period or bled anywhere near this much. Is this normal or not?🤦🏼‍♀️
