Almost bit my tongue off 😟
Has anyone started grinding their teeth or tongue while sleeping? I woke up at 3 am biting the sides of my tongue just grinding away. My damn tongue was bleeding. I’m convinced my body was like “wake up bitch before you bite your tongue off”.... ugh.
