My supply has not gone down and this is my routine anyone else?

I feed baby at 5:45 pulp around 6 and get about 8oz I don’t pump again or feed him until 6 and then I pump around 6:30 and again at 11. My supply has stayed well and I’ve been doing this for 2 weeks. Anyone else not pump while gone and exclusively breast feed.

You don’t pump at all at work? Wow you are lucky. Within the last week I feel I’ve regulated so when I do pump I’m not getting much. Go back to work in 2 weeks and works 12 hr shifts so def will be pumping. Hope I can maintain!

I was able to stop pumping at work and still breastfeed nights and weekends exclusively with my son BUT he was 10ish months old and my supply had really regulated. I’ve heard of this working for other moms sooner but I’m too afraid to try it. I don’t want my supply to drop and not be able to breastfeed anymore 😩 but i do dread pumping again at work with this baby 🙄

I would be totally engorged and in pain going 12 hours between pumps or feeds.
