Can’t eat?

What have you learned that you can eat during pregnancy? 
Also what’s the worst thing you have thrown up?? 
I cannot eat tomatoes the acid makes me terribly sick! 
I threw up a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and it was the most horrible thing I have ever experienced! 🤮

When you find out, let me know! I crave for all sorts of stuff, but as soon as I take a bite, I just get grossed out and nauseous. I have noticed it's easier for me to eat (and keep down) vegetables, though. Preferably boiled.

Spaghetti-Os with meatballs. Took my last bite and was putting the bowl in the sink and my body hit the reject button with no sign or warning. Just vomit.

I threw up a whole souvlaki.. also I threw up powerade and it came out of my nose... that was fun.. not! First trimester I spewed and was nauseas 24/7. I'm now 13.5 weeks and things aren't so bad and I'm hoping its easing off.

I ate 3 pickle spears,  And immediately threw it up. It was the worst.

I also can’t eat tomatoes! Gives me terrible heartburn in almost every form. Also fried food is SUPER unappealing to me, even French fries which I used to love!

With my first pregnancy I threw up Mac and cheese as soon as I finished eating it. It looked like I dumped a bowl of food into the toilet 😝

Funny to hear some people avoid tomatoes, that's all this baby seemed to want in the beginning. I can't eat meat, the smell makes me want to puke, fried food is the same gross.

Can’t eat chicken breast and the other parts of the chicken I seem to only be able to eat fried or in something.
