Soreness
Hi everyone just wanting to know if you did a lot of walking whether you were sore afterwards meaning can’t walk much at all.
Today I shouldn’t have carried my daughter a well now I’m paying. My legs are sore or muscles are sore and can’t really walk far though I pushed myself to go to the market (no car) because we ran out of to and husband is away for another week:-(.
Ps I’m 33 wks pregnant
