When did your milk supply regulate?

Just curious! My baby is 4 weeks old and pumping is getting so exhausting. I’ve been pumping every 2 hours and I’m so tired of my boobs feeling so heavy. I really want to make it until 6 months and already started a freezer stash. 
When did your supply regulate? I heard when it does your boobs feel softer and you don’t need to pump as much

I've been told be LC's that supply regulates around 6-8 weeks. 😊💕

My daughter is 12 weeks and I now get almost exactly the same amount of milk regardless of when I pump during the day (knock on wood). The only exception is if I go to sleep without pumping, I often wake up engorged. It typically only happens at that time now. I pump about 4 times a day now, and I get 20-22 oz my first pump of the morning, and between 8 and 14 oz the rest of the sessions.

Do you feel the need to pump every 2 hours? I’ve been pumping 4-6hourly unless I feel the need to sooner. Almost 3 weeks PP
