New to this, need help!

Maybe this is a stupid question but since I’m new to this i little help would be appreciated. Below 👇 is a screen shot of my calendar, I took a digital pregnancy test on friday the 6 of this current month and was negative. My question is, was it to early to test, or perhaps i’m not pregnant and should seek for medical help? Thanks in advance.
