Anyone else have a membrane sweep?

I had one done today! 37 +4. Midwife said baby girl is about 8lbs right now. Still not engaged. But I was at a 1 all the way through and 50% effaced. She was able to get me to a 1.5 with the sweep. It didn’t hurt at all. It was just a lot of pressure.
Anyone else having/had this done? What was your experience like?

I’m 40 + 4 and have had 3 sweeps done at 37, 38, and 40. Nothing. They didn’t work for me—only some light cramping, contractions, and then nothing. Induction schedule for the 17th— @ 41 + 4. One. Week. Left. Hoping this baby comes before then!

I’m getting my second done tomorrow. 40+3 and not much is happening!

Not this time... my midwives believe in a very hands off approach unless necessary (which is fine by me). They will check you but that’s about it.

Had mine done at 39 weeks and 2 cm last Wednesday. Still no baby 😭

Had my sweep yesterday at 38w5d. I was 1.5cm and 50% effaced. Had some stronger BH throughout the evening. Not much today other than kind of an upset stomach. Starting to think it didn’t work..
