I'm 17 and I've been getting really bad period symptoms up to 2 and a half weeks before i even start my period.. Like acne, bloating, cramps, discharge, pms, HORRIBLE diarrhea where i can't even leave the bathroom,etc. I've talked to my mom about it and she won't let me go on birth control and i asked if i could go to the doctor about it but she said it's all in my head and that I'm fine.. But it's so miserable.. what do i do
