Trying to conceive

IM SO HUNGRY!!!!!! I could literally all day an night! I’ve been super tired the past 3 or 4 Days. So tired I can’t even think straight. And I’m cramping not bad cramps just light cramps on my left side/pelvic area mostly and lower back ? And a little pressure that comes and goes on the right side. And swollen breasts.. Is this ovulation? Or could I be pregnant
