B6 & Unisom

So, I was told to try B6 & Unisom combo for nausea. I just ordered them both on Amazon, but when do you take them? Both in the morning? Both at night? On an empty stomach? After you have breakfast? I could call the Dr. but I’m sure you ladies already know! 🧐🙂
