Doxylamine. I’ve been taking it for almost a month and it’s worked miracles. Before I couldn’t sleep through the night because of the nausea. Now, I wake up feeling a little nauseous but at least I can get through the night!

You take unisom and b6 together it’s helps with the nausea I have been taking the unisom for 3 years now when I was pregnant with my other daughter it helps me so much with sleeping but if I feel nauseous I take a 1/4 of a b6 pill... you can google it and figure out how many milligrams to take and all of that

i swear it’s a myth 😠😠 i take it and i wake up sooo groggy and sick that it’s not even worth it to me!
