Waiting to miscarry, now what?

I just found out today my numbers dropped from 36 to 23. I’m going to miscarry. I’m trusting in gods sovereign plan and moving forward. We are already starting to try again. Can someone help me figure out how to figure out my cycle and give me some details on what to do next? Grateful. 🌸💗

After bleeding stops most cycles fo back to normal. At least 6 times for me now it has. Prayers and luck

Id suggest getting some opks as well, its likely your level will go to 0 quickly, so you can use opks to see when you actually are going to ovulate this cycle, and get back to it! Baby dust!

Your doctor can offer to do blood draws every few days or so to track your hcg back to 0-5 after you miscarry. At 23 though, it shouldn’t take too long for your hcg to get back down to 0-5. You can buy the cheap test strips from amazon to periodically check for any remaining hcg in your system. Once it’s back down to 0-5, you will either ovulate or get a period (it’s different for different women/miscarriages).
