Yes. They suggest not during your third trimester simply bc you’ll be uncomfortable!

I just went 2 days ago. I was due for X-rays but told them they couldn’t do them, they were super happy why they couldn’t (I’ve been seeing the same dentist for 7 years so they are practically family) they told me to just keep an eye on puffy/sensitive gums and come in again in 3 months for a cleaning instead of waiting 6 months.

My doctor gave me a note to give to my dentist... most dentist Won’t touch you unless you have a note
