Small town- 1-5000 people
Town- 5000 to 50,000 people
Small city- between 100,000 and 300,000 people
City- 400,000 to 1 million people
Large city- 1 million plus
I looked up populations on google so I hope I have the right amount of people for each, please correct me if I'm wrong.

But it’s classified as a city.

I live in sunny Los Angeles where we have 4 million people in Los Angeles City, 10 million people in Los Angeles County, and 18 million in the Greater Los Angeles Area. And I wonder why it’s trafficky!

I grew up in a town with a population of 1,700. Moved to a town with a population of 400 and now live in a town with the population of 4,000. So I guess all of them are tiny towns? Hahaha.

Actually googled it and I guess the population is like 70,000.... so somewhere between town and small city I guess.

Small town(I live on the outskirts, I have an address that says I’m in the town, but I’m a significant distance from “city limits”) with the population listed at 1800 in 2018.  The little “sub town” that I actually live in falls under the larger town with the mentioned 1800 population.
