So, I'm about 4 weeks 3 days with baby #2 and I never had any sort of bleeding with my first pregnancy. Well I put my son to bed and used the restroom and this was there when I wipe and in my underwear.

Is it normal? I'm very scared.. I'm praying its normal and everything is fine since it's barely anything... but some positive vibes and confirmation that I'm alright would help, please...
