colposcopy

So I had my colposcopy done at the end of July and I still have not had a period ... This week I wipe and it's a little bit of blood. Not enough enough to go on a pantie liner so I'm just freaking out. I've been super cramping and a few times sick to my stomach. I've taken five pregnancy test all came back neg .... Any advice
