So just to let you know I’m the odd one out here. I begged for elective CS, but settled for elective induction because I didn’t want to go through labour ever again. I said I wanted every possible drug and didn’t want to feel anything (3rd baby, 40 yo). So I was scheduled for 9/14 730 am. Well..... I was laying down stalking relationship drama on Glow when I heard a SNAP and something shake around my butt area.. wtf was that?? Then I felt a waterfall gush out of me, it was crazy! Water had broken at 130am 9/8. Drove TWO BLOCKS to the hospital, then when I got there they checked me and I was at EIGHT cm!! I couldn’t believe it, I didn’t even have painful contractions!!!! At 10cm I was in tears, too late for ANY medication!! Apparently I was hanging on the bed rail with my legs crossed crying “I’m not pushing!!! This is not the jungle!!! I want my epidural!!!” Well there was no stopping her. She pushed her way out and was born at 330am! Hats off to natural birth mommas!! You guys are made of steel! It was terrifying!!😂😂
