12 weeks +4 Woke up to some bleeding and a very large clot came out in the toilet at midnight, used my doppler and heard heart beat and could hear baby moving around, in hospital now,had bloods taken and checked my cervix and it is closed but have some pooling blood it's calmed down a bit now but still some bleeding I wouldn't worry so much if it wasn't for the large clot, ultrasound in the morning, only had my 12 week scan and announced on Monday 😔💔
