best birth control for contraception and cramp relief
i was on Alysena 28 on and off for cramps and heavy irregular periods (regulated) from age 13/14-17 (i’m 18 now) and it gave me mad headaches. i get chronic headaches and migraines so i’d LOVE if i didn’t get any headaches caused by birth control cuz i get enough of those 😂. I’m also prescribed 20Mg Aderall XR for ADD so anything that doesn’t mess with that too??? i don’t always take it regularly (doc knows)
