Cysts or something?

Question

For a few years now I get this horrible pain on my right side  (like hurts to sit, walk, or stand)that lasts a few days, it usually comes about 2 weeks after my period. I’ve gone to the doctor she can’t find anything wrong. And I cant afford the pelvic sonogram. 
Is there anyone else like me that can tell me what it may be and some home remedies? 
Over the counter meds don’t help. Neither does heat.

I usually get something like that but it’s before my period.   Dr. found a Cysts, usually they get smaller after the period.  
You are saying you get it after your period 🤔. 
I’m thinking if your insurance doesn’t cover the sonogram, maybe you can apply for medical or you can visit any emergency room when you have the pain present.   
Go there and they will take you with out insurance.  You may be able to apply there for any kind of insurance they offer.  
They will bill you later, and hospital will work some kind of arrangements to pay them.  
It’s better to have a bill to pay, than to suffer for something that maybe it’s a easy fix.
