September 8th ❤❤
On September 8th at 5:05 pm I got to meet by sweet baby girl momentarily before she was sent to the NICU. After approx. 10 hours of spontaneous labor (no pitocin required), 2 hours of unsuccessful pushing, and a csection of a "sunny side up" baby girl, our 8lb 6 oz baby girl experienced distress and spent some time with the amazing NICU team at my hospital. She is now breastfeeding like a champ and recovering with me.
