A bit tmi.. Is this my body adjusting?

So my whole life I've been eating white bread. I developed a chronic yeast infection 1and a half year ago after 3-4 courses of antibiotics back to back.. and I'm still having problems despite treatment. I decided to change and I bought a 100% whole grain and yeast free bread that isn't made of flour but from grains and yesterday i didn't eat any white bread. But today my stool was.. One part like normal, another softer another mushy(TMI*******) Is this because I've changed bread just out of the nowhere?

Also for my yeast I've tried probiotics, I'm fine but when i use them for more than 2-3 weeks straight they also give me those different stools TMI SORRY...... Any advice and is this normal? Any anything i can try for a chronic yeast because I've literally taken all the precautions you can mention.. Not eating sugar, cotton underwear and sometimes no underwear, no stress anymore, sex with condoms everything.... Those antibiotics just messed me up I've never had a yeast infection before them and i just can't get back on track.......
