I'd say a better bet would be to go to the baby aisle in the section with puffs and yogurt drops, they def Have cheese puff looking things and lots of options but with fewer ingredients and without preservatives, coloring, etc that you may be avoiding while testing reactions to specific ingredients.

I would imagine it has a lot of sodium but def double check the label.  But 1 or two would probably be fine.
