My lower back hurts than I get a strong cramp in my lower abdomen. The only thing is they don’t tighten. Should I time this? They aren’t close, but they aren’t far apart either.

I went in for a scheduled c section and they told me i was having contractions 3 mins apart i only had low back pain

i’ve been having low back pain and contractions for 12 hours now. last night we went to l&d because they were 3 min apart for like 3 hours straight. got told it was false labor 😩 and to come back when the pain intensifies. real contractions get stronger and closer together, false labor can be consistent time wise but wont get stronger
