Taking birth control at different times is that bad and can that cause you to get pregnant?

Depending on what type of pill ur on & how much ur time is varying, yes that can be bad & can increase ur risk of pregnancy. 
Combination pills have a +/-2 hour window for perfect use/99.7% effectiveness. After 2 hours it’s considered typical use/91%-92% effectiveness. 12+ hours is considered a missed pill. 
Mini/progestin only pills are typically much more time sensitive & have a +/-30 minute-1 hour window for perfect use/99.5% effectiveness. And, even 3+ hours is considered a missed pill in which backup protection should be used for at least 48 hours. 
So, either way, u really should be taking them consistently around the same time every single day for maximum protection.

Thank you ladies I know this may be a odd question I’ve never been on bc and kind of against it but recently I had my period for a whole month so my gyno put for on bc for a month or two it’s called Femynor which I started off taking in the morning but it made me very nauseas! So I switched to night time but the problem is my schedule varies at night so there have been times where I have taken it at 9 one night the filling night I’ll take it at 10 or 12.... so this prompted my question!
