Waking up cranky
I'm in my 8th week, and I've been pretty content and feeling balanced, emotionally.
However. This week, I wake up, and by the time I get downstairs, I'm in a mood. My first interactions are with my dog and my cat and no matter what, I'm annoyed with them. It's ridiculous. I've been irritated with almost anyone I have to interact with during the day except my husband. (Thank goodness lol)
Even before I was pregnant I had a tendency to hang onto stress but I'm trying to be better about stress management now.
Anyone else crabby?
Any tips for chilling the heck out :)
