Lip tie?

Question

Does this look like a lip tie? My baby is extremely fussy around feeds, screams and cries, gulps lots of air, and I have always thought shes got a terrible latch onto bottles we’ve tried avent, tommee tippee and also mam. She’s being treated for reflux but I’ve just noticed lip ties mentioned on another site and this is her top lip? 
If yes who would I need to speak to? GP or health visitor? 
Side note - she wasn’t crying during the pictures, just yawning - lol

Honestly look into bottle aversion. My son was diagnosed with all sorts of stuff and it looks like he had a lip tie but turns out he has bottle aversion. Lip ties don’t affect feeding apparently according to the tongue tie association.

Looks like it. My daughter had it. They said they don't really do anything about it as it usually sorts itself out. 
My daughter also had reflux and a CMP allergy so they were treating her for that at the time I brought it up. I asked the GP, health visitor, dentist who snipped her tongue tie and the allergy clinic doctor. None of them though it was an issue. 
She's nearly two now and it's not caused any issues.

Yep look like my daughters she had both lip & tongue tie... tongue tie only minor but lip tie looks just like your little ones.. I spoke to health visitor but she didnt really do anything just said she will keep an eye on it, spoke to doctors few weeks later & he said he would refer us but by this point she wasnt having any issues with feeding guess she just got used to it..

This is what it looks like now at 19/20 months.. I would bring it up with health visitor but best off booking GP appointment
