Is something wrong???

The last couple days my nausea had been really intense with slight vomiting, I’ve also been getting super dizzy frequently and while it doesn’t last more than a minute or 2 I’ve been cramping very hard. I’m at 5w and there hasn’t been any spotting at all so maybe I’m just working myself up over normal body changes??

Im 6 weeks and occassionally Ill get super dizzy and almost fall over. I take it as a sign that im pushing myself too hard and need to slow down. As for the nausea and cramping thats very normal.

Those are normal pregnancy symptoms. If you get cramping with bleeding then call your doctor. Light cramping on its own is usually nothing to worry about.
