For the first time since I started getting a period I had a 28 day cycle! It was bittersweet telling my husband because we've been ttc for a year, but in July I was finally diagnosed with PCOS after not having answers for painful cramps, heavy periods, and missing periods often. My doctor started me on 2000 mg of metformin daily and I started my period 22 days late but, had only been taking metformin for 2 weeks when it came! This month I started my period on CD 29 so it turned into CD1!!! IM SO HAPPY and now hopeful that we will be able to concieve in the next few months because of this!
