Blood glucose level 130?

Is this okay? With last baby it was only 98. This is a not fasting result. The cutoff is 139 so I am in the "normal" range but it seems high. I never got a call from doctor commenting on it.

I got 136 and they passed me! I didn’t fast, I had a protein bar about 1.5 hours before.

I did not feel good afterwards
