Daycare naps.. Or lack thereof

So my kiddo is on her 3rd day at daycare and the first day she took one 30 minute nap the entire time she was there which was from 830-2. Yesterday thankfully she took two 30 minute naps and wasn't awake as long between. Today she was awake for 4 effing hours before she took only a 23 minute nap 🤦🏼‍♀️ they are doing the best they can with her and I chat with the caregiver on an app and she told me she had tried several times to put her down in the crib to sleep after she's fallen asleep in her arms but that she wakes up each time. So pretty much she's doing the same thing with them that she does with me at home which I was hoping she would be better with them and actually sleep. There's 4 other babies in the room so I know this poor woman can't ensure my baby is getting the sleep she needs the entire time. I'm just so concerned about her getting the right amount of sleep for her brain development that it's making me an anxious mess while she's there. I want to cry because I'm so afraid that this is going to be detrimental to her brain development (although I know she wouldn't be the first baby who doesn't sleep well and won't be the last and I'm sure I'm freaking out over nothing).

Anyone else having this issue with their little one at daycare or have had this issue with any of your other children? Did it get better over time at all? Do they eventually get used to it and sleep better? I was so close to just going and picking her up early to bring her home and take a nice long nap on me just to make sure she gets sleep. But I know it's best to keep her in her new routine so that it's consistent. Ugh... Anxious FTM over here.
