The latch looks fine to me. It looks like your baby is attempting to compensate for a flow issue - either too much or too little.  This usually happens when your supply is out of sync with their consumption and is very very common in the first few weeks.  It can happen if 
+your milk recently came in and your supply is still regulating (over or under supply)
+you usually pump, but then don’t (oversupply) 
+a baby is in a growth spurt and trying to increase your supply  (undersupply)
+baby has been bottle fed without paced feeding (normal supply, but baby wants a faster flow)
+baby only wants to comfort nurse to sleep (normal or oversupply)
I would *guess* from the video this is a slight oversupply issue.  You can try block feeding, offering the emptier side, or lying on your back while feeding to see if that helps.

Looks like his latch should cover more of your areola. It may be helpful to hold his head with one hand and also hold your boob with your other hand in the shape of a C.

My daughter does the same thing and I try to hold her in place but newborns are surprisingly strong lol just keep working at it. He'll get it eventually 😁
