Measuring small???

Question

I am 31 weeks and measured 28.5
Doctor didn’t say anything and I only read it once I got home.
What does this mean?

They might send you for a growth scan, or you can ask. 
I’ve been measuring 4 weeks behind since about 30 weeks. I’m currently 39 and measuring 35. Growth scan shows that baby is in the 48th percentile and perfectly healthy! 
Glad I had it done, gave me peace of mind!

It’s perfectly normal to measure + or - 2 weeks of your actual weeks gestation

It can be scary for baby to measure small but try to trust in your doctor. My little lady has been behind since about 28 weeks, my final height has been 34-35cm since 35 weeks, when she almost caught up, but on ultrasound she's measuring in the 48th percentile

I am in a similar situation. Last appointment I was measuring 2 weeks behind.... but now the appointment I just had shows I’m measuring 3 weeks ahead. Dr scheduled an ultrasound to figure out if my due date is off or if baby was just curled up one week and stretched out today. 
I guess baby position can change the measurement a bit???
