I actually know a couple who tried for YEARS. They ended up divorcing over it. 
Sure enough they both got in a new relationship and had kids with their new SO.

I always hear stories about couples trying for years, separating and finding someone new and getting pregnant right away. not gonna lie, I have thought this before, considering 7.5 years of ttc with no luck. I'm hoping this isn't the case because I've been with my husband for 14 years, but honestly I believe if it's meant to be it'll happen. and even if it doesn't I would never leave him💛

No. I became pregnant the first time I tried with my husband. Some people have to have patience. It just depends on the timing.
