Help!
I’m Emma, I’m 15 and a type 1 diabetic. I’m 5’2 and weigh 140 pounds and I’m honestly just not confident in myself. I feel so genuinely unhappy about my appearance because I judge myself so heavily on my weight and how I feel I look. If there’s any tips on weight loss or living healthier please share with me, especially if you’re type 1!!
