What to do first?
I’ve never felt like I “needed help” but I’m drowning and I don’t know what to do. I had a primary dr & she quit practicing. Should I find another primary dr & go to them first & have them refer me?? I’ve neevvver been to the dr for anything other than a check up?? What do I do 😞
