5 DPO- Interesting symptoms ?

Hi ya’ll! First post on here- I’m a newbie!

Anyways, I just stopped birth control last month, so this is mine and my husbands first month trying to conceive. I for sure ovulated on Friday 9/6 (blood tinged stretchy discharge), and we had sex the night before that, then Saturday, and on Sunday as well.

However, Sunday morning I woke up with this slight stabbing pain on my left side near my ovary, and my breasts were SO sore and so swollen, and nipples crazy sensitive. Even my husband commented that they looked very swollen. Ever since Sunday, I’ve been dealing with these symptoms as well as hot flashes, fatigue, and some nausea/constipation.

What do you guys think? Could this possibly be early signs of pregnancy? And if they are, how long should I wait until I test?
