What to do about itchiness during TWW?

Nearly every cycle I get vaginal itchiness about a week before my period. I have an antifungal and an estrogen cream that my dr prescribed to me last year, but they are both class c for pregnancy. Since the week before my period is in the TWW and I don’t know if I’m pregnant I can’t use anything! It usually resolves itself halfway through my period but that week of waiting is so uncomfortable. Do any of you ladies experience the same or have ideas on what to do about it / how to more kindly treat? I have had my obgyb checkups and I don’t have any ongoing infections. Just hormones that flare up at that time of month and make me itchy down there!
